So, I’ve been feeling blah for quite some time here lately. I’m not sure if I need to go to a therapist, psychiatrist, or what.. I think my meds need to be changed, or I just need to change my diet and exercise and work on not having blood sugars that are all over the place. I’m tired of being so emotional. I’m tired of not being able to concentrate.. I’m just tired of it. I don’t get it… I don’t know what to do..
